Jessica and Max are responsive, friendly and do a wonderful job taking care of our employees. They are the kind of people you feel like you have known forever and reaching out feels like contacting a caring friend, not just our broker.
Financial Designs has been an incredible partner for our company's health insurance needs. The entire team delivers truly stellar customer service from start to finish. The enrollment team makes what could be a stressful process feel easy and seamless—even when we’re working against tight deadlines. Their claims team is equally impressive—always responsive, proactive, and committed to following up until every issue is fully resolved. That level of support and accountability is rare and deeply appreciated.
David is very professional. My husband and I are very satisfied with the company and especially with David. His performance and knowledge are a 10 out of 10. We highly recommend him. Thank you.
