Joshua was great from the start. He came and looked the floors, travertine, over. Made notes, identified trouble spots he needed to work on. Explained methods he could use to blur out spots. But he went above and beyond on the day he cleaned and did repairs. He shared his knowledge on the different stones in our home and how to clean them. Recommended products and made sure I understood how to clean. And our floors look amazing!!!! We’ve received so many compliments on how nice they look. Thank you again Joshua
