I went this morning, but they didn't want to attend to me.

1 out of 5 Victor J.

I gave him a call at 7pm and in less than five minutes, he diagnosed my issue, coached me through how to get Verizon to fix it for free, told me exactly what not to tell them to avoid getting upsold, and sent me off with no bill. It all worked exactly as he said. Will be back!!

Tell me where you can find a place in NY - much less a 3rd party iPhone repair shop - with nearly 500 reviews and an average of 5 stars, a loyal and enthusiastic customer base, and a kind and reliable gentleman doing the work? In this day and age??? iPhone Doc has been my go-to for screen cracks for the last 5 years. Bummed that they're not servicing iPhones beyond the iPhone 12, but I get that it's a tough time for the industry as Apple wants to take repairs in-house.
